Assumptions

Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information provided, this website assumes no responsibility therefore.

Third party data sources

This website relies on reputable third-party sources to collect data for the charts. The third party sources are resynchronized once a week.

Estimated currency exchange rates

The palladium prices were only sourced in United States dollars (USD). To estimate the currency exchange rates for the other currencies shown, an estimate was derived from the relative prices of gold (where available).

Inflation

The inflation rate (CPI index) time frame options vary for different currencies - most are updated monthly with the exception of the Australian dollar (AUD) which is quarterly. The Yuan Renminbi (CNY), Indian Rupee (INR), and South African rand (ZAR) get updated manually when time permits so may be updated infrequently and on an irregular basis. The effect of this is that the longer the time between CPI indices the less up to date the inflation-adjusted price is on the chart. The inflation-adjusted price is in 2015 units of currency.
